We offer electronic design services for a range of applications. We have designed military display interfaces, un-interruptible switching power supplies, even components for 'laser tag' game installations. We are happy to deal with any part of the design process, or the whole design. Just the electronic schematics, schematic and PCB, just the PCB, or even just a design specification! Schematics are produced using industry standard software. This will be provided in the 'native' software format, (The actual design files.) plus a PDF copy for reference. We can produce net-lists for forty different PCB layout tools, and a fully detailed part schedule is provided complete with recommended part sources for reference. We have a range of schematic tools at our disposal. Design notes are provided for all schematics, detailing component alternatives, and any initial set-up procedures for prototypes. Normally formal design specifications are produced for all projects. We recommend these are created for all but the very simplest of jobs as they define exactly what you are buying! PCB designs can be produced for surface-mount, through-hole, and mixed component technologies on multiple layers.Placement of critical features can be achieved to a precision of one thousandth of an inch, and the board can be virtually any shape. We can contact your preferred PCB fabricator on your behalf to discuss details of their fabrication process to ensure your PCB is produced at minimum cost. In addition to industry standard 'gerbers', all native PCB design files are included, and PDF component identity/location drawings are also supplied as standard. Other layers can be provided in PDF format at a small extra charge. All schematics submitted to us for layout are examined for possible design or drafting errors, at no extra charge. We can also offer advice on EMC issues, and have contacts with a number of respected EMC testing companies and consultants. We can offer other services on request. Please do not hesitate to call us.
