Linking to Actinic PCB Design
You may include links to Actinic PCB Design on your own web site, but we would ask you please to link to our main home page, rather than any other page on this site. We would ask you if possible to display the link as described below, we cannot insist on it, it is your site after all.
But first a few words on our linking policy.
Some companies offer to arrange links to your site purely in order to improve search engine rankings even if the linked sites do not contain any material relevant to your own. We feel that this is cheating, and do not approve of this practice. Companies offering legitimate web site promotion services can only try and contact webmasters of sites who might be interested in liking to your web site, and cannot guarantee that this will result in any links will be made.
Some directories and search engine even insist on a link from your site before including you in their listings. (One has to wonder if a service that is so poorly patronised that it needs to insist on this, is worth the effort!) Such methods may in fact be counter productive as the major search engines frown on such practice see Google Information for webmasters for some reasons why.
However, 'reciprocal linking' for certain purposes is acceptable and encouraged. If both sites contain information relative to their own content, or would be of interest then links should be included.
If you think you have a web site that we might want to include in our links page, then send us an e-mail with your details we will consider including a link to your site. This is not dependent on you linking to us, and even if you do link to us, there is no guarantee that we will return the link.
Even when we do it may take a little while for us to do this, so please do not send us mail asking why we have not linked to you yet. We don't have time to reply to such mails, and the repeat request will be ignored. (It might even prompt us to reject your original request!)
1. You may download the image (At the bottom left of this page) or link to http://www.actinicpcb/Images/actinic1.JPG (case sensitive!) or the alterative image http://www.actinicpcb/Images/octaping.png shown below. (You will probably need to re-size either image.)
2. That you acknowledge, in writing on the page used, that the image is copyright to G. I. Stalker, and is used only with the permission of the copyright owner. The exact form of the acknowledgement is up to you but we suggest 'Copyright of the Actinic PCB Design logo is held by G. I. Stalker, and used with his permission.'
3. That the logo is accompanied by the words 'Actinic PCB Design'
4. That you do not modify the image in any way, except for uniform scaling of the image, and (downloaded copy!) match the background colour of your page.
Any and all other images used on this web site, are the property of the various copyright holders, and may not be used without first obtaining the permission of the respective copyright holders.
Also we ask that you do not publish any e-mail addresses displayed by this web site, either on the Internet or in any other place, without first contacting us at Actinic PCB Design, and obtaining permission to do this.
